  • Bookings and Reservations

    • All reservations are contingent upon availability.
    • Deposits for reservations are non-refundable, and the whole amount must be paid before the departure date.

  • Payment Policy

    • Full payment is required for certain services at the time of booking.

    • We accept a number of payment ways; specifics will be sent upon booking.

  • Cancellation and Refunds

    • Service provider policies govern refunds, and cancellation costs are applicable.

    • Refund requests are subject to review and need to be submitted in writing.

  • Travel Documents

    • It is the passenger's obligation to make sure that all required documents, including valid passports and visas, are obtained. In the event that entrance is refused owing to inadequate paperwork, Talent Travel & Tourism shall not be accountable.

  • Changes to Itinerary

    • Talent Travel has the right to alter itineraries in the event of unanticipated events.

    • Any major changes will be communicated to clients as soon as feasible.

  • Health and Insurance

    • It is recommended that travellers have travel insurance that covers medical expenses as well as other possible dangers

    • Any health problems that arise while on the trip are not the responsibility of Talent Travel & Tourism

  • Responsibility Limitation

    • Talent Travel serves as a go-between for customers and service providers. Any losses, injuries, or property damage sustained during the trip are not our responsibility

  • Conduct and Behaviour

    • It is anticipated of clients to behave properly and to abide by local laws and customs.

    • For disruptive behaviour, Talent Travel maintains the right to cancel services without providing a refund.

  • Complaints and Disputes

    • Any disagreements or complaints must be brought to our notice right away. Talent Travel is committed to finding a peaceful solution to any problems that may arise

  • Privacy Policy

    • All client information is handled with the highest discretion and is utilized exclusively for the intended purpose of the trip

  • Jurisdiction

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, UAE.

    • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts
