before the planned departure date. Within seven days of the departure date, cancellations may
result in a partial refund or, depending on availability, a new date.

- After the cancellation date, refunds will be handled within 14 business days
- The original payment method will be used to process refunds

Rescheduling
- Please get in touch with us at least 48 hours prior to the planned departure if you
need to rearrange your reservation.
- Rearranging is contingent upon availability

No-Show Policy
- There will be no refunds or opportunities for rescheduling if you fail to show up
for your scheduled activity without giving advance notice.

Force Majeure
- We retain the right to postpone or reschedule events in the event of unanticipated
circumstances, such as natural catastrophes or government-imposed limitations. Customers will be
given the choice to reschedule or get a complete refund in such circumstances.
